 Plans

Support Plans -
Professional IT Support on a as-required basis.

We dont differentiate in support plans.  We provide one plan to accomodate your needs.  If you dont wish to undertake a plan we will still support you.

We provide a qualified professional IT consultant to attend to your premises once per month.  The support "locks" in our discounted, priority support services and provides network connection monitoring and telephone support. Agreements are for 12 months and pro rata on a three month basis.

Our support plan is $400 per month plus GST.

Non-Support Plan Clients

We will support you.  We will provide a professional qualified IT consultant to attend to your premises at your request.  We will provide telephone support to your request.
