Attaché Alex

Attache Alex LogoAttache Alex provides a tremendous improvement and cost saving in your business administrative operations. Alex provides the ability to send any document sutomatically and electronically to any designated recipient.

Attaché Alex captures documents produced in your software and sends them to the web-based Alex server. From there they are delivered to the recipient's email inbox or fax machine. Alex requires no changes to your usual document creation procedure.

Sending business documents electronically by Attaché Alex saves you time and money because you no longer have to pay postage, stationery and handling costs. Your documents are delivered instantly which means increased efficiency and improved communication.

Attaché ODBC

Attache ODBC LogoWith the flexibility of Attaché ODBC (Open Database Connectivity) you can now access your Attaché data in a manner that best suits your needs. Attache ODBC provides the ability to take any Attache data with an other non Attache ODBC compliant system eg. MS Excel, MS Word.

Use your accounting and payroll data to create management reports, mail merges, web pages and much more using Windows tools with which you are already familiar.

Attache Contacts

Attache Contacts LogoManage your business contacts more easily than ever before With Attaché Contacts you can store the details of an unlimited number of contacts for each of your customers and suppliers, including their electronic details.

Key Features:

  • Store mobile phone numbers and email addresses
    You can store the mobile phone number and email address of each business contact. Just by clicking a button in Attaché Contacts, you can ring them or create an email to them, provided that you have suitable dialling or email software.
  • Store extra information with each contact
    Two fields each provide a handy 100 characters to store extra information about each contact. For example, you can record that a particular contact is available between 7am and 3pm.
  • Enhanced reporting on contact information
    Using Attaché Contacts together with Attaché ODBC, you can create customised reports or mail-merges from your Contacts data.

Note Some of the advanced features of Attaché Contacts have specific software and hardware requirements.

Attache Keystroke File Import

Keystroke File Import allows you to import data in an existing ASCII file created in another software application to automatically update files in Attaché Catapult or Business Partner.

Data is usually imported into maintenance and transaction tasks to minimise the time it would normally take an operator to key this data in manually. New records can be added and existing records modified.

When an import file is read into the application, the details are displayed on the screen as though you were actually entering them from the keyboard. You may speed up or slow down the import as it occurs. For example you may wish to begin the import slowly to allow you to check that the file is importing correctly, then speed up the data import to finish the task quickly.

Keystroke File Import is available through the Attaché Fast Track Plan.
